Order Processing

How To order?

Orders can be placed through Instagram DMs or via my website (linked in my Linktree).

Order Processing Time

There is a 24-hour processing period for all orders before I begin making them.
The overall order time depends on the order’s complexity.
Crochet orders take longer since they are more detailed and fully handmade. These may take between 2-7 days (or more depending the item/season)
Accessory/Jewelry orders are typically simpler and may take around 2–3 days.
Custom orders may usually take the longest, as they are unique and for you (typically amigurumis)
I will provide you with an estimated time frame when you place your order.

Payment Policies

For all orders over $10 and any custom orders ,

a 30% down payment is required.

This deposit is based on the total cost of your order and helps confirm your commitment before I begin working on it.

Payment Options

At this time, all payments are cash only and handled in person only. I currently do not accept credit cards or online payment methods.

Receipts

For every order placed via Instagram, I will create a receipt. This receipt must be confirmed by you before the 24-hour processing period officially begins.

Please review your receipt carefully to ensure all details are correct. Once confirmed, your order will move into the processing and creation stage.

Delivery/Pickup

When placing your order, please indicate whether you prefer delivery or pickup.

Pickup

Pickups at school will take place in room D3.
Pickups outside of school are available for a $1 fee.
These pickups are arranged at the Boardwalk.
Once your order is ready, we will discuss the specific date, time, and meeting spot via Instagram.

Delivery

A $4 delivery fee applies to all orders requiring delivery.
You will be asked to provide a delivery address and a contact phone number.
Once your order is complete, I will notify you and we will arrange a mutually convenient delivery date and time via Instagram.
All personal information you provide is kept strictly confidential.

Please note: If you need to reschedule or cancel the pickup/delivery, please notify me at least 2 hours in advance of the agreed time.

Cancelling/Refunds

Cancelling
Within the 24-hour processing period you can cancel, or request changes to your order. After this window, your order will move into production.
Once a down payment has been made and the order is completed, if you decide you no longer want the item, the down payment is non-refundable. In this case, the item will be made available for sale to others.

Refunds
There is a no refund policy for any orders.

Repair Policy
If your accessory (especially bracelets or keychains, which can be more delicate) breaks within 5 days of receiving it, I can repair it free of charge if you return ALL PIECES in a bag.

After 5 days, a $1 repair fee will apply.
If key pieces are missing I might not be able to repair it.
A picture of the broken item should be sent to confirm it can be repaired.

Custom Items

How To Order?

All customizations are handled through Instagram DMs.

Pricing depends on what you want customized and how complex it is. I’ll send a final price before you decide whether or not to order.
Most items in my shop can be customized to your liking
You can personalize things like:
Colors, Sizing, Design details.

Custom Amigurumis

Prices for custom dolls are based on the size and complexity of the character you want. For example:

A 15 cm custom mini doll ranges from $8–$20
You can add props or accessories for an additional fee
You can also request your doll to be turned into a keychain

Custom dolls typically take about 5–10 days to complete, depending on the complexity and my current workload.

Each item is handmade with care, which means no two pieces are exactly the same. While I do my best to capture the likeness of your character or idea, it will be done in my unique crochet style.
